Welcome Reception

All delegates are invited to participate in the Welcome Reception which will be taking place at the Capsis Hotel.
Cultural Evening
Wednesday June 30th
A
dynamic evening, reflecting the wealth of Greek culture, will be held at
the unique “Dome” located at the Congress Venue, Rodos Palace Hotel.
Participants
will have the unique opportunity to learn more about local products
offered by traditional kiosks designed especially for this event.
A flavoursome barbecue (seated buffet) will follow, while a folklore dancing group will set the tone of a traditional “Greek night out” , accompanied by the sounds of an entertaining Greek music band.
Dinner: seated barbecue buffet including local wines
Dress code: smart casual

• Written cancellations received prior to June 15th, 2010 will receive full refund.
• There is no refund for cancellations received after June 16th, 2010.
