Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs
Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs
For check-in earlier and/or check-out later than the standard hours, please take into account that you may do so upon request and depending on the room availability at the hotel. Please bear in mind that there might be an extra charge based on the time of actual check-out.

Cancellation Policy

• • Cancellations received prior to February 19th, 2010 will receive full refund minus 50 euros administrative fee.
• • Cancellations received from February 19th, 2010 until April 30th, 2010 will be charged with two (2) nights’ stay.
• • There will be no refund for cancellations received from May 1st, 2010.
• • All refunds will be processed within two (2) months following the conclusion of the Congress.
